At the 7th year of the Republican Real Estate Congress, the award ceremony of the Real Estate project for the year 2016 was held.
In the nationwide competition, the investor of the Rental complex Luka has succeeded significantly and received two prestigious nationwide prizes. The Luka Living project has become the absolute winner in the Jury Award and Architect Prize category. He also won both victories at the jury and architects' prize in Prague 5.
