We recently completed a complete reconstruction of apartments on Soukenická Street.

The investor wanted to create two separate rental units from one apartment. We managed to fit 3 bedrooms, two living rooms with a kitchen and two bathrooms into a space of 92 m2.

We used high-quality wooden flooring in the interior and chose furniture made of oak veneer in combination with black elements. The kitchen units are made of veneer, black laminate and ceramics with travertine decor. The same tiles and tiles are also used in the bathrooms in two different shades. An interesting element is the black glazed metal doors, which give the interior an industrial touch. The wardrobe doors are also processed similarly.

Individual rooms are enlivened by light fixtures with colored or smoked glass and complemented by gray upholstery. The textiles for the curtains and decorative pillows are deliberately chosen with cheerful patterns and vibrant colors to add playfulness and friendliness to the rooms.
