Residential Building C represents the continued phased development of Nová Karolina in Ostrava. The zoning study envisions this part of the city as a block of 5–7 storey buildings with a clearly defined street network. Block C takes the shape of an irregular trapezoid, following the historical structure of the city center. The articulation of the street facades evokes the appearance of tenement buildings, aligning the design more closely with the classic character and scale of the neighborhood.

In contrast to the formal street facades, the courtyard space presents a more playful and inviting atmosphere, featuring communal living gardens and private front gardens for individual flats.

The street-level parterre is extensively utilized for commercial units, further enhancing the urban character of the building and its interaction with the surrounding public spaces. The upper floors feature a typical layout consisting of standard one-, two-, and three-room apartments. A significant advantage of the building is the inclusion of spacious rooftop terraces with greenery and captivating views.

The underground levels contain a collective garage, technical rooms, and storage cellars.
