The shape of the building is inspired by the character of the surrounding structures. This part of Poruba is defined by the alternation between low-rise and high-rise buildings. The material design of the Slavíkova Palace reflects both principles. Four "towers" designed for housing and administration are connected by a multifunctional base, creating a complex structure with a high proportion of greenery, which is also typical of the surrounding freestanding buildings.

Vertical communication cores form the basis of the layout. Centrally located corridors provide access to well-lit apartments and administrative offices that offer attractive views. The lower floors feature a three-tract corridor layout. The ground floor comprises a hall-like, variably divisible space, with certain areas featuring increased structural height. The operational backbone is an arcade, with the primary supply access solved from the supply yard, while smaller shops have separate entrances on the ground floor.

The base is utilized for commercial purposes, services, and partially as a medical facility. The northern tower is designated for administrative use, while the remaining towers are intended for residential purposes. The basement houses a collective garage and technical rooms. Parking areas and parking spaces are located adjacent to the building. The ground floor adjacent to the residential towers features front gardens and a shared garden for apartment owners. A piazzetta with parkland is planned for the southern part of the site.

The facades are rationally structured, with modularly repeating windows and inter-window pillars. Most of the windows are French-style, providing access to the terraces. Glazed areas will be equipped with external blinds for screening. On the ground floor, facing public spaces, a grid-patterned façade is proposed, complemented by solid surfaces clad with cement fibre boards. The silhouette of the residential towers is enhanced by organically shaped balconies, while the administrative tower is distinguished by its walled sections. The white horizontal lines of the balconies’ solid railings are visually striking, seamlessly integrating with the continuous window sills. The overall color scheme of the facades is light and monochromatic.
