Building A2 is part of the Nová Karolina complex, which is being developed in several phases. The area is characterized by block development with a relatively uniform height level (5–6 above-ground floors). The street-level parterre is defined by raised front gardens, with parking spaces interspersed with trees. In selected streets, commercial units are integrated into the parterre of the buildings.

Building A2 follows the previous construction phases and completes the block from the southeast. Its bent L-shaped floor plan responds to the dynamic geometry of the inner courtyard with a garden. The southeast facade faces a future park, offering attractive views of the Beskydy Mountains. Prominent balconies facing this direction create an optical play and serve as the main architectural feature of the entire building.

The semi-recessed basement houses a collective garage, technical rooms, and storage cellars. Its roof is covered with raised front gardens, providing adjacent apartments with the necessary privacy. The upper floors contain standard apartments. The top floors, featuring rooftop terraces, offer larger apartments, many of which are customized based on client modifications.
