Traditional apartment building was built around 1905 in Neo-Rennaisance style with floral secession elements. The building is located in the area developed on the turn of 19th and 20th centuries and is part of the typical block development of apartment buildings with internal closed courtyards. The building was uninhabited and in disrepair since 2002.
Refurbishment is dealing not only with disrepair of structural and technical condition of the building but mainly with full conversion to modern, high quality living.
Capacity of the building was increased with two-level flats with galleries and generous terraces. Upper flats offer views of Prague Castle through large glazed walls. Layout of flat units was fully changed during the refurbishment.
Workmanship and materials correspond with details of the period. Majority of elements were produced as replicas of original structures and products. Concept of flats combines the history with modern principles and technical solutions. Result is the top quality and perfectly exceptional living.
