This building is situated in urban conservation zone Smíchov, close to the city center. The corner house with a distinctive Neo-Baroque façade and an impressive entrance hall offers a total of 15 premium apartments, including 3 newly built duplex apartments. It includes attractive common areas, a lift, and an automatic parking system.
The layout of the flats was designed with the maximum preservation of the historical division of the house. Thanks to that, were designed unique flats with atypical bathrooms as part of the bedrooms.
