The design was worked out as a part of tender documentation in co-operation with Richard Doležal, dipl. Arch. ETA/SIA and DaM spol. s r.o. architectural office.
Hotel Praha is located in a very attractive quiet neighbourhood viewing the Prague Castle. Its architectural concept is unique by generosity of its external forms as well as vastness of its interiors. For its time, materials of a very good quality were also used here.
Due to that fact that nowadays the interior fit-out is worn out and exterior facades are technically imperfect, the Owner faces a task to perform a total refurbishment of interior spaces and guestrooms.
The project’s objective is finding a new functional and architectural solution for many new facilities and designing the interior. The entrance areas, reception, related restaurant facilities, bars, coffee bars and shops with retail areas were designed step by step.
