The assignment was constructional modification of the existing building in Prague centre and its adaptation for the company NH hotels into a four star hotel with conferential centre and spacious spa area.
Formation of two historical and two new built wings grouped around the central atrium with green roof was created on a very complicated shape of the plot.

Expression of the new buildings is united by regular rhythm of windows referring to both the original building and regularity of the layout of  indoor floor levels.  Rigidity of the selected principle is softened by regular window axial feed and façade plasticity.
Vistas are the key for the public areas interior, both within the floor level and thanks to skylights and galleries between individual floor levels or exterior.
