E building is also part of the newly developed complex, located on the crossroads of newly built street lines B and C. The building has three staircase sections with 5, 2, and 4 above-ground floor levels. Underground floor levels are semi-embedded, there are located entrance lobby, parking, cellars, waste economy, and technical rooms. From 1st above-ground floor level are designed apartments of various sizes and standards. Smaller apartments are oriented one-sidedly, larger apartments are located in attractive corner areas, on upper floors, often leading to a terrace. User comfort is increased by loggias, roof terrace, and front gardens.
The mass is uneven, corner facing the crossroad is stressed with an elevated five-story wing. The base with front gardens related to noticeable parterre of surrounding buildings is projecting in its volume from the mass.
