A residential house is located in the Ostrava center, in the maintained area of former coking plant Karolina.
The building is part of the 2nd phase of New Karolina Residential development and is closing the east part of the square Biskupa Bruna.  The building has three staircase sections with 6, 9, and 8 above-ground floor levels. The ground floor has an entrance lobby, retail area, parking, cellars, and technical rooms. From the 2nd above-ground up there are designed apartments of various sizes and standards.

 


The mass of the building is strongly shaped with accentuated towers and a cantilevered north wing.
The main motif is lines of ceiling slabs. Space is divided by French windows, the plasticity of loggias, and brick lining between windows with structured plaster.
Within the project was solved transportation and technical infrastructure of the set, city parterre, and park landscaping of public areas.
