project: 2019
built up area: 251 m2
usable area: 231 m2

The apartment is located in the Prague Monument Reservation, near the Central Station and the Jerusalem Synagogue. It occupies the area of the entire 5th and 6th floors of an apartment building in U půjčovny Street. This is a luxury apartment for a private owner with an above-standard interior, with individual requirements for individual elements and technologies. The apartment is equipped with system wiring, ventilation with recuperation and cooling of all areas. The lighting is designed with dimming and with the option of selecting individual scenes. The entrance to the apartment on the 5th floor leads to a generous living space with a kitchen, from where there is access to a quiet part of parents and children.

Both the parents' bedroom and the children's room have private bathrooms. The parents' room is complemented by a dressing room and a laundry room. The staircase connected to the 6th floor is intended for guests. This is a separate apartment with a bathroom and access to the terrace. When designing the interior, we followed the requirements of the investor, who preferred modern design and valuable, durable materials. The floor is uniform throughout the space of oak parquet in the Hungarian pattern. Rooms are decorated with wood paneling, and the bathrooms have large-format marble.
